When reporting a problem
Please include enough information for us to understand the issue. Helpful details include:
- App name and, if available, app version.
- Your device model and Android version.
- A short description of what you were trying to do.
- What happened and what you expected to happen.
- A screenshot of the issue, if appropriate.
Do not send passwords, PINs, OTPs, full card numbers or other highly sensitive credentials by email.
